It is no exaggeration to say that the problem of training methodology exists by itself and upbringing. Knowledge (and efficient use) at least the basic methods of education is a necessary prerequisite for effective and purposeful influence on the younger generation.
Powerful social shifts of the late twentieth to early twenty-first century. greatly changed the perception of “normal”, that is socially acceptable and antisocial behavior of children and youth. Countering the pernicious influence on the child, young person requires an outstanding teacher of tact, balance and again teaching skills: knowledge and skillful use of the methods of education in their logical conjunction and structural links with academic and employment of children and young people.
Getting Ukraine’s independence, which was the logical result of centuries-long struggle of Ukrainian people for the right to decide their own destiny, to be the master of his land and placed it in front of the domestic pedagogy a number of new, specific goals and objectives. There is already an old system of public education and socialization of youth (organization, pioneers, Komsomol) and the establishment of new faces significant objective and subjective complexity.
